Leadership Academy

City Clerk

The City Clerk's Office provides administrative support for the Mayor and City Council. In addition, the City Clerk prepares and distributes all City Council agenda packets; initiates and conducts all City elections; attends all City Council regular, special and work session meetings and prepares minutes thereof; is responsible for recording the permanent legal documents of the City The City Clerk also updates and codifies supplements to the City's Municipal Code Book.
